Come and stay...

Situated on the edge of a small tranquil village Salto Del Negro, the property is off a small square and overlooking the orchards below. There is a real unspoilt feel about the place and the local people are very friendly and warm.

It is 5 minutes drive to the larger village of Benamargosa with shops, restaurants, banks, clinic and beautiful public swimming pool (in summer months). The nearest beaches are 20 minutes drive. Nerja – famous town and stunning beaches are only 40 minutes. Malaga airport is 1 hour, and Granada 90 minutes.

There is much to do aside from enjoying a tranquil rest, soaking up the sun and warmth and visiting the beaches on the coast. There is beautiful hill/mountain walking, horse and pony trekking and wild national parks. There are many beautiful spots to visit and also activities for younger people – water parks, spas, wolf park etc. This is aside from the culture of the beautiful cities of Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla and Malaga 1 – 2 hours drive away.

"This southerly Mediterranean mild climate, coupled with mild winters, is tempered by a wonderfully consistent sunny and warm environment the year around. The temperatures, rarely falling below freezing in winter, promote a subtropical climate, where sugar cane was once a cash crop. Other fruits and vegetables abound which are not grown anywhere else in Europe. Andalucia, one of the first settlement sites of Europe, is rich in history and its recent modern cutlure is equally refreshing and exciting. This, together with the Spanish passion for life and natural warmth and openness, makes a stay in this region energising and enjoyable".
